A great article for all the moms out there.

I recently read this article and could really relate.  It can be hard being a mom since you are juggling a lot of hats.  Recently, I certainly have felt that way as I split my time between the little boys, working, and trying to manage our household.  One of my New Year's Resolutions was to try to blog more.  Despite often falling behind, this blog is something I am really proud of.  It's fun to be able to share our adventures as a family and to keep in touch with all our loved ones.  It's my way of leaving our little mark and for me to remember all the wonderful memories we are helping to make for Georgie and Stephen.  Hope this article from the Huffington Post helps all the moms out there be a little more forgiving.

Baby Landon!

It has been fun in the last year to watch some of our closest friends welcome babies into the world!  Our friends, Sara and Ben, welcomed Landon five weeks early on December 11th.  I got to meet him a few days after his birth.  Today, we all got to meet Landon.

Build a Bear!

Today, we ventured to the mall for Stephen to do a Build a Bear.  Little Stephen was so excited about going and all morning said "I am gonna build a bear."  We love adventures at the mall.

Stephen names the bear "cupcake."

Stephen picked the bear with a cupcake.

Georgie watched because Daddy had gotten him a bear on his trip to NYC.

A bad day for football.

Despite having a TERRIBLE ending, we had a lot of fun watching the game with friends.  Thanks Liz, Steve, and Rex for keeping us company during the big game.

I don't think this Baltimore girl will be the watching the Superbowl this year!!!

Football....

Georgie has two great loves: football and Elmo.  I am not sure how this happened but he loves Elmo and footballs and he can spot either any where we go.  Today, in order to cheer on our team and one of our favorite sports the boys were dressed in their Ravens gear!

Helping Daddy!

Georgie, Stephen, and I were very excited that Steve was home from a business trip after nearly a week away.  We got busy at work doing things around the house, including taking apart Stephen's crib.  Little Stephen really wanted to help Daddy.

We also spent a lot of time playing!!!

Stephen sleeps in a "big boy" bed!

On Friday we went to a preschool fair and today set up Stephen's new bed, well kind of.  We set up a box spring and mattress before we set up the "real" bed to give him time to adjust and make sure he doesn't fall out!  He was a little apprehensive at first but then got excited about showing his family his "big boy" bed.  He did great!  We are so proud of him.  It is hard to believe that he is growing up so quickly!

Christmas!

It has taken me a bit to get to this post because I am struggling to accept that this holiday season is over already.  We had such an amazing time and the boys, especially Stephen, loved the holiday!  December was truly a special month.

We saw Santa and there were no tears!

Cousins meet!

Stephen meets his nephew.

Sprinkling reindeer food.  Our friend, Katie, made this for us!  She is so creative.  Thanks, Katie.
Stephen and his "smiley face."  Stephen never smiles in pictures but we figured out if you ask for his "smiley face" he will make this cute little face.
